Hailey Bieber has legally won the right to name her skincare company Rod.

TMZ She stated that the 25-year-old model and influencer was victorious after being sued for trademark infringement by a clothing company called Rod.

The founders of the eight-year-old company, which was created in New York, but is based in Los Angeles, argued that having two companies with the same name would be confusing to the public.

Celebrities like Beyoncé, Rihanna, Tracy Ellis Ross, Khloe Kardashian, Pussy Phillips, Jimmy Chung, Whitney Port, Zoey Deutch and many more have worn it. The company recently launched a range of home goods on its website, shoprhode.com.

The biggest concern seems to be that while Hailey is currently focusing on skincare, she’s also applied for clothing brand Rod.

Healy and her team argued in court that they were only focusing on skin care and not clothing, thus eliminating confusion.

Confusion: The founders of Rudd's clothing line were concerned about market confusion, especially after Hayley applied for a skincare brand and clothing line as well.

A federal judge agreed and denied the clothing company’s request for a preliminary injunction to prevent the cover model from using the name.

Launched on June 15, Rhode Skin has been described as affordable and cruelty-free.

On Friday, the businessman released a documentary about the company’s industry on YouTube.

The film was used as evidence in the case after clothing designers wanted it to be shelved.

In the behind-the-scenes footage, the influencer explained, “I’ve always known I wanted to create a brand around the Rod name, and create the Rod world.”

Rod is my middle name, it’s my mom’s middle name. To me, it always seemed like it flowed so nicely.
